Helen Spencer - Founder & Head of Partnerships

Helen Spencer is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fashion, textiles and events industries. Between 2018 and January 2024, she lectured in fashion and textiles at London College of Fashion, Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Art, where she developed and oversaw the delivery curriculums. In her creative projects, she has collaborated with brands such as V&A, LVMH, Lillet, Perrier Jouet, W London, Groucho Club and Wilderness Festival.

Helen offers project tutorials, mentoring students and alumni through the stages of project development from ideation to delivery.

Yoni Chepisheva - Head of Creative Production

Yoni Chepisheva is a multidisciplinary design practitioner and part-time visiting practitioner based in London. Her practice combines spatial and experience design that bridge research and design thinking, exhibition design and storytelling. Alongside that, she is an Access and Disability consultant for the Phab charity - she conducts spatial and visual audits in order to advise on more accessible design solutions for interior and public spaces. Yoni also directs and produces the radio-style podcast, LifeHertz, that promotes the work of activists and creatives from a wide range of disciplines. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to addressing critical social issues, fostering empathy and inspiring multi-disciplinary creative ideation.

Belinda Naylor - Head of Cultural Programming

Belinda Naylor is a radio and podcast producer with a focus on fashion. She has produced critically acclaimed documentaries for BBC Radio 4 including ‘Vivienne’ about the late fashion designer, Vivienne Westwood, presented by Kirsty Wark; ‘Romance is Dead': The Rise and Fall of the Romantic Comedy’; and has presented and produced ‘In the Studio; with the fashion designer Erdem’ for the BBC World Service.

Belinda’s latest documentary for Radio 4 is called ‘What a Shocker! The Sensational Life of Leigh Bowery’ is about the performance artist Leigh Bowery. Broadcaster Nick Grimshaw celebrates the life of this controversial and provocative artist with guests singer Boy George, choreographer Michael Clark, biographer Sue Tilley and fashion critic Charlie Porter.
